Hire Hours & Charges

24 HOUR HIRE

24 hour hires are charged from 7:30am until 7:30am the following day.

We choose to run our hiring cycle in this way so that we can guarantee to the following customer that their machine will be available for pick up at 7:30am on the day they need the machine. Machines returned later then 7:30am will incur a late fee. We do allow tolerances for unforeseen issues, however we must be notified as soon as possible to ensure that we can communicate these issues with our waiting customers otherwise a full late fee will apply. 24 hour hire of the machine only includes 8 hours use of the machine. Machine hours are recorded prior to your hire and if your hired period has exceeded the 8 hour limit per day then an added charged will be applied.

4 HOUR HIRE

4 hour hires are charged from the time the machine leaves the yard and must be returned within 4 hours. Returns after 4 hours will be charged at the full day rate. After starting your job you realise you will need the machine for longer then 4 hours, you must contact the appropriate branch to ensure that you are able to hire the machine for the longer period.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Delivery and collection charges are worked out at a rate depending on the size of equipment hired. Machines will be delivered to site at an agreed time between yourself and the hire team member. Once a machine has been delivered you are responsible for that machine and you will continue to be charged for usage of that machine until you have confirmed a collection time. Machines waiting to be collected must be left in a secure location.
